Merrimac Ventures has launched sales for Bungalow East, a 14-story condominium that, with only 34 residences, will have a boutique feel. The units will be sized from 2,100 to 2,800 square feet, and there will be two penthouses measuring 4,000 square feet. Residence features include floor-to-ceiling doors and windows, private elevators, gas stoves, spacious floor plans and expansive terraces with summer kitchens. Building amenities will include a pool deck with a Jacuzzi area and cabanas, a fitness and wellness center, a yoga lawn, a rooftop sunset lounge, a dog run, library and a gaming and entertainment lounge. The building’s lobby will have approximately 1,300 square feet of retail/restaurant space, with plans to add a future café, bistro or wine bar for residents. Prices range between $2 million and $4 million for the units, which are expected to be completed in 2027.
