The Professional: Bungalow East

Designed by Miami- based Swedroe Architecture with interiors by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio, the 14-story development offers three- and four-bedroom residences ranging from 2,100 to 2,800 square feet, with flexible layouts including options for dens and convertible configurations. The building also includes two exclusive penthouses with private rooftop terraces, each measuring approximately 4,000 square feet. The building’s lobby will feature approximately 1,300 square feet of retail or restaurant space, envisioned as a future café, bistro, or wine bar that complements the neighborhood’s walkable charm. Residences include expansive terraces with outdoor summer kitchens, private elevators, floor-to-ceiling glass, and panoramic views of the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Each residence will also feature gas cooktops, highlighting true chef’s kitchens that, combined with the spacious floor plans and outdoor living areas, will make the building’s units feel like vertical homes in the sky. Natural woods, neutral palettes, and top-tier finishes create a modern coastal aesthetic that blends warmth with sophistication.
